Hello June!
So, for those of us here in the northeast, summer suddenly decided to show up. How easy it is to slip on my sandals, grab my bag and GO!
For all of us, are you feeling energetic, positive, outgoing, adventurous, brave . . . and maybe . . . a little fearless?
Maybe you have already been touched by the fire-y, proud, bold and daring Queen of Wands. And, if not? Maybe the time is now.
Who is this spirited and self confident Queen sitting on this fabulous throne decked out with lions and sunflowers? Vibrantly dressed in a golden yellow dress with a white cloak draped over her shoulders, her warm personality shines through as does the pure intent and focus. She is open and sincere, passionate and enthusiastic, outgoing and confident.
In the tarot, wands represent the element of fire. Both the crown on her head and the wand in her hand show the growth of leaves, showing us she is full of life and energy.
I am guessing you have noticed the well groomed black cat that sits at her feet. Cats deal with watchfulness, awareness and perception. The cat shows up as a message that sometimes there are energies at work in the world that are subtle (or even hidden), just like how cats themselves are sometimes present but unseen. If we have our radar antennae up, we can sometimes sense these goings on. This cat represents the independent, unrestrained and fierce qualities that are also present with this queen. She is magical and intuitive, also qualities this queen possesses and uses to her advantage.
The Queen of Wands is strong and enterprising. She is ready to take on whatever life throws at her. She is organized, efficient and knows how to get things done. She trusts herself and the feelings she has for things, She is not a procrastinator or one to shy away from a challenge. In business and career, the Queen of Wands is a leader. Whether she is the boss or not, she is direct, encouraging, stimulating and creative. She is charisma personified.
The Queen of Wands shows up in you when you are feeling alive, awake and up for any challenge. When you are feeling confident, sexy and at ease with your body.
Some questions you can ask yourself as we move into the brightest and warmest of seasons: What is the sunny upside to your challenge? What is my strength, my strongest trait? What action would I take if I were fearless? Am I keeping my cool (like the poised black cat) and remaining aware of what is happening around me? Is it time to shop for a new sexy dress (and shoes)? Do you see yourself in the Queen of Wands? I would love to hear how/where!
Using the queen’s fiery personality and strong morality, success is yours for the taking. Reach out or post online, and let me know how you, dear reader are making the Queen of Wands work for you.
I am available for individual readings, parties and events. You can find me here
