After blogging for a decade, I’m excited to share some of my favorite posts with those who are new to my perspective on the meanings of tarot cards. As you may know, Valentine’s ❤️ Day (a Hallmark holiday, if there ever was one) is around the corner.
The Flowering Card (Zen Osho Oracle Deck)
For our first blast from the past post this month, let’s revisit a post from Valentine’s Day Past. For this Valentine’s Day, I’m sending a big sweet delicious confection your way and opted to tap into my Zen Osho Oracle deck and combine it with my traditional deck in honor of the occasion! Here is the Flowering card from the Osho Zen, (aka) The Queen of Rainbows. Is it just me, or did you envision unicorns when you heard the card’s name?
This sexy flowering goddess is full of life, full of desire, and full of possibilities. Her world is abundant. She is an open book and welcomes you into her world.
Queen of Pentacles (Traditional Deck)
In the traditional deck, we have the Queen of Pentacles. Her image is precisely what you would expect to see in a queen. She is classy, poised, graceful, admired, well-groomed, fertile, and security-minded, the embodiment of wealth and generosity. Definitely, she is a shoulder to lean on to care for someone in need. The Queen is fertile and creative and knows how to run a business shrewdly. And, she is abundance personified. She is here to ask you, “what would you like to manifest?”
Reach for the Stars and Desire
Together, the message is to live your life with an abundance mindset. Reach out to others. Share yourself like a flower, opening yourself up for the world to see, behold and value. Lead with generosity and compassion; in return, you will receive the same.
