February is flying by. How’s the month of love and personal growth treating you? Are you enjoying the blast from the past posts (Year of The Rabbit and The Secret to Living an Abundant Life)? I love revisiting these topics and enjoy bringing them to all who’ve joined us along the way.
This week, I go back to a post where I was looking for clarity and reassurance at a time filled with a flurry of activity. Funny enough, this is still a hot topic. Can you relate?
The Six of Wands
First, let’s talk about the number six. Six is about harmony, balance, sincerity, love, and truth. It’s a journey and, along the way, reveals solutions. Six shows up when diplomacy is needed when approaching delicate matters. It lights the way when we need balance and guidance. And Six asks us to choose forgiveness and be compassionate.
Secondly, for me, the Six of Wands is synonymous with victory. Brimming with optimism and confidence, it shows public acknowledgment and recognition for your hard work so far. That’s right, and your work still needs to be completed. This is not a time to rest on your laurels. Nope. This is a time to shift into the next gear and turn on the juice. Six of Wands is about finding your road to success and building your brand and reputation. Go ahead and hold your head high. Let others see where hard work and determination will take you.
Revisiting this post, what comes to mind are the high school seniors who are applying to college or college grads applying for advanced degrees. Applicants acknowledge it’s a delicate balance between sharing good grades, personal achievements, and ideal student traits and actual acceptance. Applying is no guarantee of success, but it’s an accomplishment. What happens next remains to be seen. The reassurance they feel knowing they’re on the right track is comforting. Like the Six of Wands, the advice is to keep going. Continue working hard and showing up to do community service. It’s not a time to rest on the laurels of past success. The reward will certainly be sweet.
For the fashionistas out there, turn your eye to the fabulous laurel wreath worn like a crown by the rider. Laurel wreaths show admiration for both your good deeds and who you are. How is it that we all don’t own laurel wreaths?
Questions to ask yourself:
- What good deeds (accomplished by me) am I proud of?
- Why is doing good deeds vital to me?
- What would it mean for me to ‘turn on the juice’?
I would love to hear about your latest and greatest success. Keep moving forward. Keep believing it’s here.
